Shift - Every Friday, Sat, Sunday and two additional days during the week. 8's but client could be open to 10's (Tuesday through Saturday shift but flexible to any coverage on the weekend.

Territory - Primarily Pasco County area.
Mileage - .55
Productivity - RN 30 units per week. LPN 35
RN Productivity - Minimum 30 units per week for a 40 hour timesheet. Documentation - needs to be completed within 24-hours for patient visit
2.0 SOC, 1.5 ROC, 1.25 Recert and Eval 1.0 Discharge and Regular visit. 1 Unit equals 60 minutes. Client in FL seeking Registered Nurse: Home Health
