Summary of Position:Under the direction of the Supervisor of Assisted Living, assumes the professional responsibility and accountability for a group of residents, providing and coordinating care which is focused on achieving the residents optimal functional level of health within the framework of supportive and restorative care, health counseling and teaching, case finding and referral.
