+ Director of Nursing (DON) / RN Unit Supervisor, client

+ Looking for Director of Nursing for a Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care Facility located within client

+ The Director of Nursing (DON) for client is the unit director of nursing with shift accountability.

+ This position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating nursing care activities to improve continuity of care across the continuum under the direction of the client director for nursing care practice.

+ he DON assists the client administrator with developing and implementing policies and procedures to provide nursing services to meet the Federal and State regulatory requirements.
