RN Supervisor Position Summary

As a RN Supervisor at Laurelwood Health Care, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:
+ Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer, and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel on the unit.
+ Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
+ Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
+ Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
