Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

RATE (depends on licensure)


  • Rates: $35.00 to $41.00 depending on experience and licensure. Additionally, we have added increased Shift Differentials.


    • The Weekend manager is to Provide leadership to nursing staff by overseeing the daily Nursing Department operations.


    DUTIES:

  • Carry out administrative and patient care duties as part of their shift responsibilities

  • Supervises and assumes responsibility for the actions and care delivered by the STNA’s

  • Abides by department policies and procedures and interprets them to personnel, medical staff, patients and the public.

  • Willing to work on the unit designated by the D.O.N., A.D.O.N, or Supervisor.

  • Checks 24 hour report sheet for changes/updates in the patient care needs for the day.

  • Makes walking rounds, supervision of the N.A. care delivered.
