**This RN position is part of Cleveland Clinic's Weekender Flex Program and will require you to work two 12-hour shifts per weekend and one 12-hour shift during the week. While you are only working 36 hours a week, Cleveland Clinic will pay you for 44 hours of work and give you full-time status and benefits. This schedule allows caregivers to enjoy personal time during the week with family and friends and take care of any errands that will not interfere with a typical day shift schedule.**
