RND Engineer

Responsibilities

• To design and realize all the parts on the assigned development project, process improvement, in line with customer's requirements and must meet the deadline, cost, quality and delivery requirement.
• To develop 3D and 2D drawings using Solidworks software.
• To follow up on all projects from design and mould development stage up to mass production stage.
• To define specifications and tolerances of piece parts of the assigned development project.
• Responsible to resolve issues/ problems related to design and development.
• Review and evaluate the product design, sample, drawing and specification in order to prepare the part list or BOM.
• To develop test process and procedure, conduct the testing and analysis on material and product and prepare report.
• Coordinate with other departments, suppliers and customers to facilitate the performance of job tasks.
