  Description 
 Are you a RN/LPN with a particular strength for collaboration, communication and building effective partnerships? We have an opportunity for a 1:1  full-time Nurse Liaison  to work in cooperation with ChildServe and the Johnston School District. In this role you would provide professional nursing services and aid in the provision of educational experiences for a high school student with a trach, vent, g tube and personal care needs.
  What You'll Do 
 Provide full range of nursing services as defined within nursing scope of practice, physician orders and ChildServe policies.
 Administer medications, feedings, and treatments within scope of practice. Deliver care to meet each child's daily care needs. Perform ongoing assessments as needed.
 Implement child's care plan. Monitor child's response to care and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to ensure health and safety needs are addressed. <...
