Road Controller

The Road Controller is responsible for monitoring and coordinating vehicles and drivers on long-haul and cross-border routes to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. The role involves real-time tracking, communication with drivers, handling delays or incidents, and ensuring adherence to cross-border regulations and company procedures.

Responsibilities :

• Track and monitor vehicles, providing route guidance and updates.
• Communicate with drivers and coordinate cross-border operations, including documentation and delays.
• Respond to incidents, breakdowns, or emergencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate trip, driver, and vehicle records.
• Liaise with clients, customs agents, and internal departments.
• Reports directly to the Operations Manager / HOD
• Reports delays, emergencies, or if a truck is standing/experiencing difficulties etc.
