Road Roller Operator

Job Summary

The Road Roller Operator is responsible for the safe operation of road roller equipment in support of railway trackworks and electro-mechanical activities. The role ensures proper compaction of ballast, formation layers, and work platforms in accordance with approved project procedures, safety standards, and Colas Rail Philippines' HSSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate road roller equipment for compaction related to trackworks and E&M activities
• Perform compaction works according to approved method statements and site instructions
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance
• Coordinate with track supervisors, E&M teams, and ground personnel during operations
• Ensure safe equipment operation within railway and controlled work areas
• Report equipment defects, unsafe conditions, and incidents immediately
