Overview
Roadside Technician – Superflex role (Field based) providing roadside assistance for a national breakdown company with over 15 million members. This role offers a higher basic salary to reflect flexibility and variable hours.

Pay / salary: £55,869 (inclusive of LWA) OTE up to £61,000
Job type: Permanent / Full-time
Shift and schedule
40 hours per week, averaged over the year. Scheduling visibility – pattern issued seven days in advance, with 72 hours’ notice for specific hours. Working hours range 6:00 am – 2:00 am, occasional overnight stay. Rest and recovery – 11 hours between shifts and a minimum of two days off every fortnight. Shift hours may be reduced or withdrawn with a day’s notice. Shifts may start early, finish late, or fall on any day of the week.
