Roadway Foreman – Heavy Civil Construction (Clearwater, FL)

A Southland Holdings company is currently accepting resumes for an experienced Roadway Foreman to join our team on a large heavy civil infrastructure project in Clearwater, Florida.
Key Responsibilities
+ Supervise and coordinate the activities of crews involved in roadway construction, including grading, paving, excavation, and site preparation.
+ Provide on-site leadership to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
+ Oversee and assist with the spreading, rolling, compacting, and finishing of asphalt, base, and subgrade materials.
