Roaster / Operations Associate (Full-Time)

Overview: We are seeking a versatile Roaster who is as passionate about flavor curves as they are about customer experience. This role mirrors the functions of our core team, blending technical roasting expertise with front-of-house leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full roasting cycle, from green bean selection to profile development and quality control.
• Dual Focus: Lead front-of-house operations including specialty coffee preparation, floor management, and ensuring service excellence.
• Collaborate on seasonal blend development and staff cupping sessions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in specialty coffee roasting.
• Strong operational background with the ability to transition seamlessly between the roastery and the brew bar.
• Excellent communication skills to share our coffee story with guests.
