KITCHEN ROASTING STAFF – JOB QUALIFICATIONSEducation

· High school graduate or vocational culinary training

· TESDA NC II in Cookery (preferred but not required)

Experience

· At least 6 months–1 year experience in a kitchen, roasting, grilling, or food preparation role

· Experience handling roasting equipment, ovens, or grills is an advantage

· Fresh graduates or trainees may be considered

Skills & Competencies

· Knowledge of basic food preparation and roasting techniques

· Ability to operate ovens, rotisseries, grills, or roasting machines

· Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

· Ability to follow recipes, portion control, and cooking timelines

· Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift kitchen items

· Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
