Roasting Staff

Job Summary:
The Roasting Staff is responsible for roasting coffee beans (or other relevant ingredients, depending on the business) to achieve the desired flavor profile and quality standards. This role ensures consistency in roasting, monitors roasting equipment, and supports quality control in the kitchen or roastery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Roasting & Production:

2. Roast coffee beans (or other relevant items) according to standard recipes and desired flavor profiles.

3. Monitor roasting equipment and adjust settings as needed for consistency.
4. Record roasting batches, times, and temperatures for quality tracking.

5. Quality Control:

6. Conduct taste tests and quality checks to ensure optimal flavor and product consistency.

7. Inspect beans or ingredients before and after roasting for quality assurance.
8. Identify and address any defects or inconsistencies in the roasting process.
