Robotic Control Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robotics control software.
• Drive end-to-end technical system integration including coding, testing, launching, and troubleshooting using industry best practices.
• Research, discuss and propose solutions for robotics related projects.
• Integrate other machine learning projects to increase robot's capability.
• Implement and troubleshoot external device communication, such as camera, lighting and micro controllers.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor of Computer Science/Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Telecommunication or equivalent.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python languages and shell programming in Ubuntu 18.04 and above.
• Good mathematics skills to solve robotic positioning in world space.
• Experience of robotic control is an advantage.
• Hands on experience in ROS1 development is mandatory; ROS2 exposure is as advantage.
