The system is live, the queue is full, and my client is searching for a high-level RPA Developer who has mastered Blue Prism. If you've spent 5+ years building bots that survive production, scale under pressure, and never rage-quit, this is your next quest.
This role isn't a tutorial level. You'll be designing enterprise-grade automations, optimizing performance, and keeping mission-critical processes running while others are still grinding XP.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
5+ years of hands-on Blue Prism experience (no shortcuts, no mods)
5+ years as an RPA Developer / Automation Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent real-world XP
Deep understanding of Blue Prism architecture, Control Room, and object design
Experience integrating with web services, APIs, databases, and enterprise apps
