Job Description
We’re looking for a Robotic Welder to join our production team. In this role, you’ll operate, set up, and maintain robotic welding cells while supporting consistent, high‑quality welding in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. If you have experience with robotic welding systems - or you’re an experienced welder looking to advance into robotics - this is an excellent opportunity to grow.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor robotic welding cells to produce high‑quality welds.
- Load, unload, and fixture parts safely and accurately.
- Perform basic programming, adjustments, and troubleshooting on robotic welding equipment.
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and consistency.
- Perform minor maintenance on robotic equipment and welding fixtures.
- Support manual MIG/TIG welding tasks as needed in production.
