Robotics Operations Analyst

Scotiabank is seeking an Automation Operations Analyst in Bogotá, Colombia, to support its Robotics program. The ideal candidate will monitor production bots, handle incidents, and ensure operations meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities include day-to-day health checks of automations, issue resolution, and reporting KPIs. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and strong skills in Excel and programming languages are required.
