Managing an organization of up to 100 personnel , this role ensures the seamless integration of human capital, robotic systems, and data integrity. The Manager is responsible for driving excellence across key operational metrics while fostering a high-performance culture rooted in professional development and continuous process improvement.

- Large-Scale Organizational Leadership

• Direct Span of Control: Provide strategic and tactical direction to a shift organization of 100 people, including Operations Supervisors, Robotics Technicians, and Data Collection Associates.
