• Lead and develop the Robust Verification team, building capabilities, coaching engineers, and creating a high‑performance culture.
• Define and own the overall verification strategy (DVP&R, DV/PV execution, environmental & reliability tests, EMC, durability).
• Ensure design robustness through strong alignment with Systems, Hardware, Software, Quality, and Manufacturing teams....
