Rock Mechanics Expert Senior Geotechnical Engineer with academic specialization and/or experience in Rock Mechanics .
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical or Geological engineering 8 to 10 years of relevant engineering experience Relevant work experience includes the following : Design and supervision of ground investigation programs Rock mass classification Rock joints survey/stereographic projection, and kinematic Analysis Derivation of strength and deformation parameters of jointed rock Rock slope Stability and rockfall evaluation Design of rock bolts, anchors, shotcrete, wire-nets, Numerical modeling Rock slope monitoring Application of probability theory Leadership qualities including teamwork, communication, business sense, and value will be considered essential assets.
Work will involve both office and field tasks with international travel according to project requirements.
