Our Rail and Transit Team is seeking a Rolling Stock Interiors Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Montreal-based team. In this role, you’ll contribute to exciting and large-scale transit and rail projects, bringing deep expertise in rolling stock interior systems and passenger environment design. You’ll collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, innovative, and compliant solutions across complex transit programs.

You’ll be responsible for applying your specialized knowledge of rolling stock interior systems including passenger seating, interior finishes, lighting integration, accessibility features, HVAC interface, and passenger information systems, to support design, procurement, and implementation activities. You will contribute to technical research, specification development, design reviews, and system integration activities, ensuring that interiors meet operational, safety, and passenger experience requirements.
