The RoMea Surgery Supply Chain Sr Specialist is responsible for managing end‑to‑end supply chain activities for the Surgery franchise, including but not limited to demand planning, key events management, and collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders to meet short‑term order fulfillment and long‑term growth strategy. The role focuses on driving efficiencies in franchise supply chain operations.

• Maintain and understand sales data at various aggregation levels (brands, sub‑brands, SKUs, variants, sizes, distribution channels, demand groups, and locations).
• Gather information and document assumptions based on historical data, business intelligence from sales, marketing, finance, retailers, and other sources.
