Roof Estimator

The Estimator Roofing/Rainwater is responsible for the estimation and quotation of builders' roofing and rainwater supply and installation requirements. This is a remote position based in the Philippines, supporting our Adelaide-based roofing company. The estimator is responsible for liaising and developing the builder base within the assigned portfolio. The estimator manages the day-to-day workload of the small team remotely. Through expertise and knowledge of the industry, the estimator should also develop a program for increasing the builder base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Competent in interpreting plans, specifications, and details for residential construction projects.
• Estimating and winning work from builders.
• Work with the team of estimators to ensure the team is productive.
• Ordering materials and labor to fulfill the quote on time and on budget.
