• Repair and replace roof sheets, gutters and flashings
• Build relationships and trust with customers
• Work within a team environment to meet our customers' expectations
• Run jobs independently and manage other team members
• Measure and assist quoting jobs
• Attend internal and external training to build your customer serviceability and technical knowledge
