JOB DUTY:

Install roofing systems using materials such as asphalt shingles, metal sheets, tiles, and waterproof membranes

Inspect roofs for leaks, damage, deterioration, and structural issues

Repair or replace damaged roofing components to ensure weatherproof protection

Apply waterproofing, sealing, insulation, and protective coatings

Install and maintain roof drainage systems such as gutters and downpipes

Measure, cut, and fit roofing materials according to technical drawings and specifications

Set up and dismantle scaffolding and ensure safe working platforms

Perform routine roof maintenance and cleaning to prevent blockages and water damage

Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

Work safely at heights using proper PPE and fall protection equipment

Qualification:

Previous experience in roofing, construction, or general building work preferred
