Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Roofer to join our maintenance team working on social housing properties across Birmingham. This role involves carrying out roofing repairs, maintenance, and installations on both occupied and void properties, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of roofing works, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance on pitched and flat roofs.

• Identify and rectify leaks, damaged tiles, guttering issues, and associated roofline components.
