Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound customer communication (calls, SMS, email)

• Schedule inspections, estimates, and production appointments

• Update and maintain customer records in JobNimbus

• Automate and manage pipelines/workflows in GHL

• Assist with insurance claim documentation and process tracking

• Send estimates, invoices, and follow-ups

• Coordinate between sales reps, project managers, and customers
