As Room and Public Area Attendant for Wright Park Hotel, you are essential to maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of guest rooms and public spaces. Your role ensures a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests by performing thorough cleaning, restocking supplies, and promptly addressing cleanliness standards.

1. Ensure that guest rooms are cleaned, well-maintained, and fully stocked to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for all guests.

Specifically, you are responsible for:

●Greeting guests and responding to queries

●Sweeping and mopping floors

●Vacuuming carpets

●Dusting and polishing furniture

●Restocking beverages and food items in the mini bar

●Returning and restocking cleaning cart at shift end. Clean and sanitize guest rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and ensuring all surfaces are spotless
