Room Attendant

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms following hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, and dust furniture.
• Remove trash and ensure waste bins are emptied.
• Report maintenance issues such as plumbing leaks, AC malfunctions, or broken furniture to Supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect guests' privacy at all times.
• Ensure guest privacy and respect Do Not Disturb signs
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow hotel safety protocols and hygiene regulations.
• Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
• Work closely with other departments to personalize guest experiences

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Experience in housekeeping is an advantage.
