Room Attendant

A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction in hotels or resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities
• Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and polish furniture
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report defects
• Ensure proper handling of guest belongings and lost & found items
• Follow hotel standards and safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or hotel operations (luxury hotel experience preferred)
