Description
Operational Leadership
Provide leadership and oversight for Front Office, Guest Services, and Housekeeping operations

Maintain a strong presence within the operation, supporting the team during peak periods and ensuring service standards are consistently executed

Conduct regular room inspections and ensure readiness standards are met at all times

Support arrivals, departures, and service recovery initiatives to enhance the guest experience

Monitor labour productivity and scheduling to align with operational demand

Participate in Manager-on-Duty rotations and support cross-departmental operations when required
Pre-Opening Responsibilities
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of the Rooms Division team
