Root Cause Analyst

We are recruiting for a specialist to take on a Root Cause Analyst role within the manufacturing and aviation space who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the manufactured products – ensuring that they are safe, reliable and meet customer expectations. You will also be tasked with maintaining the production process by keeping it as efficient and cost-effective as possible, as well as fixing any potential issues.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Testing systems and procedures to ensure they meet technical standards and creating quality and safety documentation.
• Identifying technical issues and problems, and getting to the root of the problem, and proactively recommending solutions that will improve product durability and overall performance.
• Improving, optimising and streamlining existing processes.
• Administering non-conformance reports.
