Rostering Officer – Residential

The role: Join the central residential rostering in this full time Rostering Officer role based in Mile End.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate daily and forward filling of rosters for ACH Group’s Residential Care Homes
• Build a partnership and work closely with the Payroll team to prepare rosters and assist with pay queries
• Reconcile actual and shift hours
• Process roster change forms
• Liaise with the residential sites in relations to shifts
• Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team to support the management of vacant shifts
• Publish fortnightly rosters
• Reconcile and update rosters daily in accordance with the check in/out procedure
• Undertake regular reporting and flag any trends and / or concerns
• Undertake other administration as needed
