Looking for a reliable Rough Rake Labourer to support a paving crew. This role involves preparing and leveling asphalt to ensure smooth, high-quality finished surfaces in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Responsibilities

• Spread, rake, and level hot mix asphalt
• Assist crew with grade, slope, and depth
• Clean edges, joints, and excess asphalt
• Follow foreman direction and support crew productivity
• Maintain a safe and clean work site

Requirements

• Construction or asphalt experience preferred
• Physically fit; able to perform hard labour
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Flexible schedule with overtime availability
• Ability to work well in a team
• Safety certifications and driver’s license are assets
