**Job Description**

We are seeking skilled carpenters for a prestigious construction project in Londonderry, NH! This $220 million endeavor ranks among the top 10 projects in the Northeast and involves six different buildings, including multi-family units, a clubhouse, retail spaces, and more. The project is scheduled to continue until 2028, offering a stable and long-term opportunity. Our team is currently working on Frame to Finish tasks, including installing door handles, decks, railings, and more. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits!

**Responsibilities**

+ Install door handles, decks, railings, and other carpentry tasks.
+ Perform Frame to Finish carpentry work on multi-family, clubhouse, and retail buildings.
+ Collaborate with a team of 70 carpenters, including 25 Master Carpenters, to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
