ResponsibilitiesManage service requests from the Business Unit through the Route Design Managers, implementing route engineering solutions.Ensure alignment and communication with the RIC Coordinator to clarify and refine service requests.Collaborate with the Project/Change Manager to gather feedback on implemented route solutions and make necessary adjustments based on field performance.Work closely with other Route Engineers to address technical needs and support requirements.Utilize the PFNA Gold Standard Route Engineering Process to ensure best practices in route design.Develop and maintain reports to track solution delivery performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs.Support the continuous improvement initiatives of the Route Intelligence Center.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field.Strong business acumen and problem‐solving skills.Fluent in professional English (written and spoken).
