Route Sales Representative

Achieve the assigned sales target for the allocated sales area by focusing on daily target. Create new customers based on assigned target. Follow the daily journey plan and ensure all customers are visited for the particular area. Maintain all adequate sales materials to facilitate uninterrupted sales. Use POSM in each outlet to promote products. Merchandise in each outlet to increase visibility. Apply FIFO method. Maintain good relationship with all customers and ensure all customers are properly served and get assistance from Supervisor for any distribution related issues.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in driving 3-ton trucks (Van sales / Merchandising)
• Groceries and Eateries sales experience.
• Good knowledge of FMCG Sales.
• Customer friendly & service oriented.
• Good selling and negotiation skills.
• UAE light vehicle Driving License (manual)
