Route Salesman (FMCG) - PepsiCo / DRC

Job Requirements:

• Mandatory possession of a high school diploma or equivalent, combined with at least 2 years of verifiable B2B van sales experience in the FMCG sector.
• Strict requirement to hold a completely clean and valid UAE Manual Driving License (Category 3).
• Candidates must demonstrate strong physical stamina for loading stock and exceptional honesty for handling high-volume daily cash collections.

Responsibilities:

• Drive a 3-ton commercial truck across a designated daily route, actively selling and distributing beverage products directly to hypermarkets, cafeterias, and groceries.
• Aggressively negotiate premium eye-level shelf space with retail managers, ensuring all merchandising displays strictly follow corporate brand guidelines.
• Execute flawless end-of-day financial reconciliation at the depot, turning over all collected cash and printed invoices without any discrepancies.
