As a Route Supervisor, you'll directly oversee drivers, implementing training and monitoring performance. Work alongside the Operations Manager to ensure adequate driver staffing, and participate actively in recruitment processes. You'll also track ongoing driver issues, conduct accident investigations, and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
