We are seeking an experienced Routine & Unsealed Network Supervisor to join our Road Maintenance team in Oamaru .

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of routine maintenance and unsealed road activities across the Waitaki District Road Maintenance Contract. You will lead field crews and subcontractors, coordinate resources, manage network defects and customer requests, and ensure contractual service levels are achieved safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
