• Conduct classroom and practical sessions on ROV operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate safe and efficient use of ROV systems and associated equipment.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments in line with industry standards.
• Develop and update training modules based on current industry practices and technology advancements.
• Ensure compliance with international standards (IMCA, OPITO, etc.).

Student Assessment & Certification

• Evaluate trainees’ performance through practical and theoretical assessments.
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve competency levels.

Equipment Management

• Maintain ROV simulators and training equipment in good working condition.
• Coordinate with technical teams for equipment calibration and upgrades.
