Required Qualifications

• Experience operating USVs, AUVs, ROVs, or similar marine robotics
• Strong understanding of marine navigation, oceanographic sensors, and telemetry systems
• Technical background in engineering, marine technology, robotics, or related fields
• Ability to work in remote, isolated, and extreme environments
• Familiarity with acoustic survey methods (e.g., echosounders for biomass estimation)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous polar or offshore fieldwork experience
• Knowledge of krill ecology or Antarctic marine ecosystems
• Experience with GIS, data visualization, or scientific data processing
