Roving Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections across assigned locations.
• Travel between sites using a company vehicle to ensure full area coverage.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate employees at multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff deployment.
• Address employee concerns, operational issues, and customer complaints on-site.
• Prepare and submit inspection, incident, and performance reports.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new field employees.
• Coordinate with management to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure proper handling and accountability of company equipment and documents.
