Roving Supervisor/Cashier/Auditor

Position Overview: The Roving Supervisor is responsible for supervising operations across different stations. This role requires strong leadership, cashiering experience, and auditing skills to ensure smooth operations, compliance with company policies and accurate financial handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as reliever supervisor in assigned stations to oversee daily operations and staff performance.
• Perform cashiering duties when needed, including cash handling, balancing, and daily sales reporting.
• Conduct spot checks and audits to ensure accuracy in cash, inventory, and compliance with company procedures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to employees, resolve operational concerns, and enforce company policies.
• Prepare operational and audit reports for management review.
• Oversee the receiving of deliveries, including fuel tanker deliveries, ensuring all processes are followed according to safety protocols.
