Job Description
Delivers competent accurate and efficient service to all of Cash Center Unit's customers to the following transactions.
Delivery and Pick-up of Cash;
- BSP Withdrawal and Deposits;
- Servicing of Pick-Up Deposits;
Servicing and balancing of Offsite ATMs;
Others transactions and processes to be assigned to the unit from time to time;
Supports service strategies of the Unit Head.
Supports process improvement initiatives and technology implementation.
Contributes to overall goals of the function through cost reduction, inputs on competitor behavior, etc.
Informs the client/immediate supervisor of any discrepancies found in the transaction being handled.
Prepares daily service tracking report to Unit Head for consolidation.
