• Oversees the acquisition of land and permissions for a project, which includes managing the ROW team, conducting surveys, collecting documents, facilitating negotiations, and tracking progress
• Key responsibilities involve community relations, ensuring compliance with policies, managing budgets, and liaising with government agencies
• Supervise and guide the ROW team in day-to-day tasks related to right-of-way acquisition.
• Oversee parcellary surveys, document collection, and research to ensure proper land documentation and track the acquisition progress.
• Expedite negotiations and sales of affected lots, facilitating the settlement of land and improvement damages, and initiating expropriation cases when necessary.
