ROW Officer

• Graduate of any 4 year course
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position handling projects in NGCP, DOTr, Energy, Railways or Real Estate
• Preferably with a driver's license and motorcycle
• With some exposure to initial land acquisition processes and documentation
• Must have high interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Willingness to be relocated anywhere

Job Role: The primary role of the incumbent is to provide support in facilitating the land acquisition of identified lots in support of Project Development activities.
