RPA Application Support

Main Tasks:

• Support the setup and maintenance of RPA robots’ environment
• Escalate and follow-up RPA Production infrastructure issues
• Maintain an updated set of relevant procedures that support the activity
• Develop relationships with infrastructure teams and RPA implementation team based on effective communication and promotion of established procedures

Technical Skills:

• Application support experience (3+ years)
• Diverse technical knowledge (Automation will be a plus)
• Knowledge of banking industry will be a plus

Language Skills:

• Good level in English is required (speaking, reading and writing)
• French is a plus

• Client focus
• High level of organization, analysis and problem-solving capability
